How do I create an account?
You can sign up using your Apple or Google account. Open the app and tap "Sign in" to get started.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion by emailing us at matsumoto_taiga@outlook.jp. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
How do I save words?
While listening to a lesson, tap any word in the transcript. It will be saved to your personal word bank with its meaning and context.
How do review reminders work?
Kikeru uses FSRS, a spaced repetition algorithm, to schedule reviews at the optimal time. Words you find difficult appear more often, while easier words are spaced out further.
How do I turn off notifications?
Go to your device's Settings, find Kikeru, and toggle off notifications. You can also manage notification preferences within the app.
Can I use Kikeru offline?
Lessons need to be downloaded while online, but once downloaded, you can listen and review your saved words offline.
